The first bill of right (Magna Carta) of Europe was written in England in 1215, about eight hundred years after the the Sahifa of the Prophet (pbuh) which is the first human right, the first bill of right, and the first constitution ever written in human history.
The signatories were Muhajireen, Ansar and the Jews of MADINA; under the leadership and supervision of the most just of all men; sayyiduna Muhammad (pbuh)
