Abu Umama Iyas ibn Tha’laba al-Harithi reported the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, “Allah has made the Fire mandatory for anyone who usurps the right of another Muslim by an oath and has forbidden him the Garden.” A man said, “Even if it is only something little, Messenger of Allah?” He said, “Even if it is only a stick of arak.” [Muslim]
