Anas said, “The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, had a she-camel called al-‘Adba’ which could not be beaten in a race (or could rarely be beaten). A bedouin came on a youngish camel and beat it. That was difficult for the Muslims and, recognising that, he said, ‘It is a right of Allah that nothing elevates itself in this world, without Him then bringing it low.” [al-Bukhari]
